Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to GaniOS and related Gani Logistic services. By using the service, an authorized user agrees to use it lawfully, accurately, and only for approved company work.

Authorized access

GaniOS is intended for Gani Logistic owners, administrators, drivers, and authorized dispatchers. Accounts are created or approved by an administrator. Users must keep login credentials private and must not share access or attempt to access another person’s data.

Acceptable use

  • Provide accurate load, delivery, fuel, mileage, and document information.
  • Upload only documents and photos that you are authorized to use for company operations.
  • Do not bypass role controls, upload malicious material, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful activity.

Operational information

GaniOS helps organize operational records. Users remain responsible for checking original paperwork, complying with applicable transportation and safety requirements, and making sure entries are accurate before relying on them for business decisions.

Third-party services

Some functions depend on services such as Supabase, Render, Apple notification services, and document-processing providers. Their availability may change, and their own terms may apply. GaniOS does not provide navigation or trucking-route advice inside the Driver app.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve business records and communicate material changes through available company channels.

Account closure

A user may request account deletion from Account settings in the GaniOS Driver app, or by contacting info@ganilogistic.com. Gani Logistic may suspend access for security, policy, or employment-related reasons. Data retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
